What Personal Data We Collect and Why
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database and emailed to [email protected]. Outgoing email is delivered through Google’s Gmail service (via the WP Mail SMTP plugin), so message contents pass through Google in transit, and Google’s privacy policy applies. We do not otherwise share this data with third parties.
Booking and Scheduling
We use Google Calendar Appointment Schedules for session booking. When you book a session, your name and email are shared with Google to facilitate scheduling. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed through their services.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via the MonsterInsights plugin) to understand how visitors use our site. It collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and referring URLs, and sets cookies to do so. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed through Google Analytics.
Email Communications
If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain that correspondence to provide ongoing support and follow-up. We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to and stored by Substack, the third-party platform we use to manage and send our mailing list. Substack’s privacy policy governs how they process your data. We use your email only to send newsletter updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Our signup forms are powered by OptinMonster, which may set cookies to manage how and when forms are shown and to measure sign-ups; OptinMonster’s privacy policy applies.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies required for WordPress functionality. Third-party services (Google Calendar, Substack, Google Analytics, and OptinMonster) may set their own cookies. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. If you book a coaching session, scheduling data is retained as needed for our coaching relationship and business records.
